The Senior Business Systems Analyst has two main areas of concentration: (a) business process and systems support and (b) project management. Business Process and Systems Support: This individual is the first point of contact for system-related issues from end users, and also serves as a point of escalation for Analysts. He/she tracks, diagnoses, replicates, troubleshoots and resolves functional and technical issues reported by end users or analysts either independently or through collaboration with other Information Technology (IT) resources. Project Management: This individual plays a lead role on system projects and has frequent contact with end users, peers and managers by coordinating, documenting and maintaining multiple IT projects simultaneously from initiation through post-launch implementation.
