    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the SVP, Culinary and the SVP, Maintenance Operations and Security.

     

    • Coordinate travel for SVPs, new hires and consultants.
    • Code and process invoices and receipts for assigned departments.
    • Reserve conference rooms for meetings and/or trainings.
    • Provide general administrative support to the assigned departments.
    • Organize & prepare for departmental meetings including group accommodations, transportation, preparing materials, and arranging meals.
    • Order and/or maintain stock of office supplies for SVPs and regionals.
    • Maintain departmental intranet web pages, stats sheets, and regional contact sheets.
    • Assist with department head orientations and onboarding of regional staff.
    • Manage calendars for SVPs.
    • Manage shipping and receiving for the assigned departments.
    • Prepare employee recognition gestures.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Two (2) or more years of experience in an administrative assistant position.
    • Strong typing skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Experience with Kronos, Adobe, SharePoint, and PeopleSoft Financial Management is preferred.
