    • Partner with hiring managers to identify and select quality candidates as assigned.
    • Utilize the internet as a sourcing technique to drive recruiting in a timely and cost effective manner.
    • Inform applicants of all details pertinent to their desired positions including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits, work schedules and conditions, and Atria culture.
    • Utilize PeopleSoft HCM to manage open requisitions and candidate interview process.
    • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation regarding all candidates, requisitions, hiring manager interaction and other recruiting activities to ensure a compliant and thorough audit if required.
    • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and networking events.
    • May perform other duties as assigned


    • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is required
    • Three or more years of HR experience; experience working in a recruiting department preferred.
    • Knowledge of recruiting best practices including internet and career fairs; behavioral-based interviewing; on-boarding and retention techniques.
    • Demonstrates understanding of benefits/compensation administration to be able to effectively communicate information to applicants.
    • Utilization of web based job boards.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft.
