    The Administrative Assistant – Legal provides administrative and functional support to the Legal team as needed, which primarily includes supporting the day-to-day business needs of the Company’s Operations and Employment and Labor attorneys, as well as performing a variety of other assigned duties on behalf of the Legal Department.


    • Support the day-to-day business activities of the Company’s Operations and Employment and Labor attorneys by performing tasks including, but not limited to, managing calendars, handling incoming calls from internal and external parties, managing the filing of individual attorneys, and performing a variety of other administrative duties as needed.
    • Assist the Risk Management Department with certain recurring tasks.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing external correspondence, including communications with Company personnel, regulatory agencies, business partners, and outside legal counsel.
    • Manage processing of legal invoices for operations and employment and labor related matters, ensuring they are properly coded and paid in a timely manner to the Company’s outside law firms.
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings and conference calls with multiple participants.
    • Schedule recurring meetings for the Legal Operations group, including preparing agendas and taking notes for follow up by the group’s personnel.
    • Manage and coordinate the travel arrangements for attorneys as needed, including preparing and processing expense reports.
    • Serve as a secondary contact with Company’s third party ethics reporting service and perform certain coordinating functions in a back-up role.
    • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned from time to time.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.




    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Prior administrative experience.
    • Prior experience at a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus but not required
    • Significant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational, detail orientation, prioritization, multi-tasking, and process orientation skills.
