    The Digital Projects Specialist is primarily responsible for collaborating with designers, developers and strategists to define user experiences for web, mobile and other digital platforms from concept to completion. This individual’s direct efforts ensure that we build the brand by driving our core audiences to and encouraging them to engage with our website. The Digital Projects Specialist is an experienced project manager who solves problems and is a passionate advocate for digital marketing strategies. He/she excels at meeting goals and deadlines, is results-oriented, shows a high level of intention toward initiative, and demonstrates good judgment, as well as the ability to clearly and simply communicate Company messages in a variety of mediums.

    • Successfully manage all aspects of digital projects throughout respective life cycles – from strategy and concept to design, development, user acceptance testing, final product delivery and analysis.
    • Execute online strategies as directed by the Director, Digital Marketing.
    • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate the successful execution of complex interactive projects from initial research and strategy through development, design, delivery and analysis.
    • Conduct organized information and status reporting to ensure the delivery of digital products occurs on time and matches our quality parameters.
    • Measure and identify ways to improve tactical efforts.
    • Manage internal reviews, approvals, presentation preparation and delivery to the Director, Digital Marketing.
    • Monitor accurate and updated time tracking and budget reconciliation.
    • Conduct accurate estimation of project budgets.
    • Analyze and measure efforts, continually driving toward testing, measuring, learning and adapting course.
    • Manage multiple projects at a time, with complete project plans, milestones and steps mapped out in detail.
    • Coordinate resources with the Traffic team to efficiently utilize resources across all projects day-to-day.
    • Contribute vision and ownership in the quality of the final product.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with interactive project management.
    • Impeccable detail orientation, organization, results-orientation, problem-solving, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Understanding of conversion techniques, audience segmentation and user experience.
    • Thorough understanding of technical and practical components of launching and maintaining interactive applications and projects.
    • Knowledge of analytics interfaces.
    • Quick information processing abilities.
    • Successful track record of developing projects from start to completion.
    • Experience leading a diverse group of resources and multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Experience with front end development, mobile, content management systems, and cross browser QA environments.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge of agile development processes a plus.
    • Knowledge of WordPress.
    • PMP Certification.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Acrobat.
