    The Administrative Support Specialist works closely with senior management and others, gaining significant and broad experiences working on a variety of projects and tasks. This individual gains valuable insight and understanding about Atria and its business. Experience acquired could lead to other opportunities in various areas within the Company. The Administrative Support Specialist provides support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), as well as select others on an as needed basis. Additionally, this individual works on special projects and provides support to those projects on an ad hoc basis.


    • Provide support to the CEO, President/CAO, and certain others on an as needed basis.    
    • Work independently, as well as partner closely with staff throughout the organization, to perform complex and diversified duties.
    • Handle certain resident and other complaint calls.
    • Create presentations for senior management and certain others on an as needed basis.
    • Produce information in various applications (e.g. Microsoft products), including but not limited to: financial analysis, written memos, etc.
    • Address calls directed to the CEO, President/CAO, and certain others.
    • Maintain various department intranet home pages, receive and direct visitors, arrange conferences, coordinate travel, maintain calendars, and prepare expense reports.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.
    • May perform other duties as needed/and or assigned.




    • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of certain information.
    • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, detail-orientation, ownership, organization, planning, follow-up, process, critical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills.         
    • Demonstrated desire to learn new skills.
    • Strong computer skills, with presentation software experience preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
