    • Produce, film, and edit videos and motion graphics to support creative team needs.
    • Organize the production scheduling, location prep, equipment resourcing, and talent management of video shoots
    • Brainstorm and collaborate with members of the video team to create a consistent story and video catalog
    • Event video production
    • Work with marketing and functional teams to determine video project scopes.
    • Assist in the estimation of third party production costs and hiring.
    • Maintain internal production equipment.
    • Design and implement an asset management system (video clips, project files, other assets) to work within Atria’s system standards.
    • Maintain Atria’s YouTube and Vimeo libraries.
    • Maintain website content updates through the CMS including adding additional pages.
    • Gather and implement assets for new community websites.
    • Manage graphic updates to the ASL website.
    • Meet corporate goals for timeliness and accuracy
    • Work closely with internal and external clients to develop specs and see projects through successful testing and launch.
    • Work closely with marketing/creative depts. to propose and deploy new creative/interactive marketing strategies, production methods and design changes.
    • Deliver projects in a timely fashion to meet set deadlines.
    • Oversee and prioritize work effectively. 
    • Conduct QA, test and approve web fixes, changes and new development
    • Troubleshoot website and video issues
    • May perform other duties as assigned. 


    • Thorough knowledge of how to operate video camera and how to frame each shot, applying the technical aspects of light, lenses, film, filters, and camera settings
    • Thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro/Compressor
    • Working knowledge of Creative Suite, and/or other design software
    • Familiarity with production techniques and constraints for mobile media (iphone, ipad, android, blackberry devices)
    • Working knowledge of web compression
    • Passionate about current trends and up to date with technologies along with exposure to social networking and advertising technologies
    • Able to translate industry knowledge and effectively communicate to individuals of varying levels of technical understanding.
    • Strong motion graphics and title design expertise with acute eye for detail
    • Ability to use existing Atria guidelines, with an eye toward evolving video trends and iterating them to create new video design and narrative translations
    • Strong ability to script, storyboard, and plan shot sequences
    • Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced, and deadline-oriented environment
