    • Review daily billing for assigned communities.
    • Review, Audit, and Research customers accounts.
    • Resolve billing Issues.
    • Assist communities with month end close and monthly billing.
    • Assist with interim and year end audit.
    • Train communities on new procedures, policies, or automations within our billing system.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
    • May perform other duties as assigned. 


    • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
