    The Finance & Analytics group focuses on both short and long term forecasting of financial performance and operating metrics which includes longer term strategic planning – operating and capital, benchmarking and market analysis. The Revenue Management group within Finance & Analytics focuses on market pricing strategies throughout the portfolio. This position will be a key member of the team and will work directly with management to optimize revenue through competitive analysis, market research and various pricing incentive strategies.


    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    The following essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position to be completed with or without appropriate reasonable accommodation.

    • Analyze sales and operating metrics to identify trends, recommend strategies, deploy initiatives, and analyze results of the initiatives.
    • Develop financial models to analyze the impact of various operational or financial strategies, make recommendations, and effectively communicate those recommendations to management for implementation.
    • Complete competitive assessments of various US and Canadian markets.
    • Assist in setting prices for both the US and Canadian portfolios.
    • Collaborate with Atria’s Information Technology group to develop proprietary systems related to pricing and revenue optimization.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.


    Minimum Qualifications

    §  Bachelor’s degree required.

    §  MBA preferred.

    §  Two (2) to four (4) years of experience and/or training in finance or operations. Real estate investment or seniors housing industry experience preferred.

    §  Excellent computer skills including the advanced/expert use of Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
