    • Using our proprietary software, create packages, review community orders for accuracy and schedule jobs accordingly during monthly and quarterly      deadlines.
    • Support marketing specialists and supervisors with advertising requests: research community advertising options, send insertion orders, and accrue for costs.
    • Enter media orders as needed.
    • Review invoices for accuracy and check against accrual budget spreadsheet.  Provide reports on processed invoices to accounting.
    • Update content on our proprietary software as needed; including but not limited to uploading artwork thumbnails, order forms, and collaborating with      production department to ensure artwork is up to date.
    • Provide Marketing Supervisor with bi-weekly status report of all current projects and responsibilities.
    • Research advertising and partnership options in campaign markets in cooperation with team needs.
    • Maintain collateral and ad sample filing area.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
    • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Power Point
    • One or more years experience in advertising agency, corporate marketing or public relations.
    • Experience in corporate communications preferred.
    • Knowledge of public relations.
