The Finance & Analytics department is the central analytical engine of the Company, driving thoughtful strategic planning, financial analysis, competitive intelligence, and operational analysis. The Senior Investment Analyst is a key member within the department’s underwriting and investment analysis team, focused on analyzing and assessing acquisition and real estate development opportunities.
As Atria Senior Living’s real estate portfolio is growing, we are searching for candidates to join the corporate development team. This role will focus on Real Estate Acquisition Projects and Real Estate Development Projects and will include a blend of strategic planning and financial analysis. This candidate will also focus on a combination of market and economic analyses, cash flow modeling, and collaboration with executive leadership.
