    The Production Artist performs a variety of graphic art and print production tasks, ranging from execution of creative concepts for print and web, building print-ready files, and maintaining digital assets and server organization.


    • Manage all production aspects of jobs that are handed down from art directors and designers into production. Execute creative concepts into various channels (print, web, social, etc.) and resize existing artwork to fit new specifications.
    • Responsible for final high-resolution print/production files.
    • Ensure files are prepared properly. Check all layout specs including dies, bleeds, trim marks, imagery and color profiles to ensure the mechanical is correct.
    • Create and post digital content (web sites, community assets and banners via WordPress CMS, social posts, etc.).
    • Maintain and improve file management, organization process and procedures.
    • Maintain accuracy and efficiency with respect to project deadlines.
    • Communicate deadlines and project updates to the Director of Traffic and Print Shop.
    • Build and maintain a team rapport with the marketing group and managers.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related field; equivalent technical school certification in a digital creative program; or applicable work experience.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience as a Digital Production artist.
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Experience in digital production and website CMS administration.
    • Knowledge of WordPress, PowerPoint and Sketch is a plus.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, accountable individual with excellent communication follow-up, both written and verbal.
    • Must have good design sense and an understanding of branding.
