    Responsibilities

    • Manage all production aspects of all jobs that are handed down from art directors and designers into production.
    • Manage the organization of final high-resolution production files.
    • Maintain and improve file management process and procedures.
    • Check all layout specs including dies, bleeds, trim marks, imagery, color profiles to ensure the mechanical is correct.
    • Work with print production managers to ensure files are prepared properly and maintain project deadlines.
    • Build and maintain a team rapport with the marketing group and managers.*
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Three to five years work experience as a Digital Production artist.
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Requires outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up and the ability to multi-task.
    • Self motivated, organized, accountable individual.
    • Consistent follow-through.
    • Must have good design sense and an understanding of branding.
    • Web experience a plus.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field; equivalent technical school certification in a digital creative program; or applicable work experience.
    • Customer-service focused.
    • Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Able to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Able to adapt to a changing work environment.
    • Able to multi-task.
    • Able to prioritize and delegate.
