  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and internal communications.
  • Process outgoing mail and packages with postage.
  • Fill out and complete all tracking of incoming and outgoing certified/insurable mail and courier packages for signature and proof of receipt.
  • Investigate “mystery” mail and determine proper distribution.
  • Identify suspicious mail, and notify supervisor in order to determine proper handling or distribution.
  • Assist individual departments as necessary with preparation of mail, courier services and other projects.
  • Provide daily service to replenish copier paper, copier supplies and other office supplies for each copy/mail room on all support center floors.
  • Provide back-up switchboard coverage as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and Excel recommended
  • Knowledge of postage equipment and UPS scales
  • Able to learn technology related specifically to mailing and shipping are required.
  • Able to be cross-trained in all aspects of the Mail Center operations.
