The Fulfillment Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the print production team, Atria’s in-house print shop, and all aspects of production, purchasing, and execution of project based print, packaging, promotional products and environmental graphics. This person works with marketing and corporate communication team members, the in-house print shop, and outside vendors such as printers, suppliers, sign fabricators, etc. to ensure projects are executed with quality and purchased at competitive pricing while maintaining a high volume of projects.


  • Manage and lead print production teams.
  • Manage Atria’s in-house print shop, overseeing quality, organization, system management and automation, profitability, capability innovation, and supplier relations.
  • Work with the design team to price and execute environmental graphics, signage and marketing materials by developing partnerships with trusted vendors, fabricators and installers.
  • Oversee in-house collateral development, production, printing and rollout.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all marketing materials to Atria communities.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all marketing materials and environmental graphics.
  • Utilize the variable printing data system, XMPie, to maximize production capability and efficiency.
  • Oversee digital asset management, variable data printing and online storefront of Atria communities’ marketing materials.
  • Plan, organize and lead accurate administration of communities’ monthly calendars and marketing material orders from Atria’s digital storefront.
  • Find ways to improve and streamline the order and fulfillment process and maximize cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Corporate Communications team as needed to meet all customer requests and needs outside the scope of the Fulfillment team.
  • Enforce compliance and make recommendations for improvements regarding internal systems, processes and procedures.
  • Manage print sample files, produce print estimates and attend press checks as needed.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university; two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible work experience in commercial printing or large corporate printing environment.
  • Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Knowledge of senior housing industry preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of print shop issues required, including proficient knowledge of prepress, print (digital, offset and web), paper and finishing.
  • Must have a good understanding of print shop terminology and systems.
  • Must have extensive working knowledge of Adobe suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization, detail-orientation, multi-tasking, judgment, results-orientation, follow-up, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
