The Producer is responsible for the development, production, and post-production of videos and photography for Atria Senior Living. This individual performs tasks including, but not limited to, creating internal videos, B2B and B2C marketing videos, broadcast, sales training educational videos, and corporate videos. 


Studio Management and Pre-Production

  • Responsible for script development; assess if the script additions and amendments will edit properly in video and make appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the script.
  • Vet and hire third party photographers and video crews as needed.
  • Cast, schedule, and coordinate talent for videos and photoshoots as needed.
  • Manage and gain approval for all expenses and costs associated with video shoots.
  • Work with cross functional teams and the creative teams to organize and schedule calendar for all in-studio and field shoots.
  • Create shot-lists and scout locations.


  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring video shoots.
  • Prepare equipment, including props for video shoots and equipment rentals if needed.
  • Ensure shoots remain on schedule and are in compliance with public permissions. 
  • Monitor lighting, shooting and video/audio recording as needed.


  • Research stock motion graphics and still graphics for videos when required.
  • Gather music, voiceovers and sound effects for use in the videos (“audio engineering”), including researching appropriate material and altering/editing material for our needs.
  • Troubleshoot in areas of production if necessary.
  • Create rough cut and assemble video and audio in editing software when needed.
  • Render video and audio for different delivery methods.
  • Upload content to web for approval, streaming and playback.
  • Perform related work and additional duties as needed or required.


May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.


  • Strong knowledge of Videography and camera operations, including set-up, lighting, and audio.
  • Experience with video and audio editing platforms, including Final Cut, Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Still photography experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Film, Video, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience with video production equipment, including lighting setups and various types of audio recording.
  • Intermediate level experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience with video editing, visual effects, compositing and motion graphics a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally for filming (travel is less than 25%).
  • Must include a portfolio reel demonstrating your work with your application.
