    The Business Optimization Analyst acts as a consultant for assigned Operational and Functional Senior Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, and Community Executive Directors to drive exceptional portfolio performance.


    • Proactively identify opportunities, create solutions and execute plans to optimize business performance.
    • Collaborate with Functional Leaders to identify and drive Company-wide revenue and expense initiatives that assist communities in meeting and exceeding their NOI goals.  
    • Answer high visibility, open ended business questions with data and analytical problem solving techniques.   
    • Provide exceptional service to all customers by providing timely and thoughtful responses to requests, and demonstrate the ability to think from clients’ perspective.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team in the budget, forecasting and target setting processes as an advocate for the community.   
    • Participate in and/or provide information and insights for meetings, presentations, and processes that drive NOI including, but not limited to, pricing calls, in-house rate increases, COO Reviews, and Operations Call
    • Lead business optimization and systems training for new operational and functional leaders.
    • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.







    • Three (3) or more years of experience in operations, consulting, audit, finance, or process improvement roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Operations Research, or related field preferred.
    • Six Sigma Certification a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
