Responsibilities

  • Process daily cash deposits to multiple bank accounts.
  • Load journal entries for the Treasury department.
  • Prepare recurring journal entries for month end close.
  • Prepare quarterly replacement reserve requests.
  • Update monthly bank fee analysis.
  • Prepare restricted cash analysis.
  • Prepare Monthly Debt and Lease Payments.
  • Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Act as the back-up person to initiate wires and ach payments via online banking systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Procurement Card administration.
  • Coordinate off-site storage.
  • Assist in providing audit request documentation for external auditors.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications

  • One (1) to three (3) years general office experience.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Able to quickly learn new software programs and go beyond basic understanding and usage.  Examples of software are bank products and treasury workstations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft and Hyperion preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
